Building a shared space

「minnamo commons（ミナモ コモンズ）」という名前には、大切にしたい情景を込めています。 静かな水面（ミナモ）に波紋が広がり、その波紋が外へと伝わっていく。ひとりの想いが次の誰かへ届き、やがて大きな輪へと広がっていく様子を表しています。地域の人も、訪れる人も「皆も」主役になれる場所でありたいという願いを込めて名付けました。

ここは単なる拠点ではありません。山古志の豊かな自然や暮らしを、みんなで分かち合い、守り、育んでいくための「みんなのコモンズ（共有地）」です。

The name “minnamo commons” carries a scene we deeply value.
Like ripples spreading across a calm water surface (minamo) and gently reaching outward, it represents how one person’s feelings can touch another and gradually expand into a larger circle. The name also reflects our hope that both local residents and visitors alike can become protagonists here—everyone included.

This is not merely a physical base. It is a shared commons where people come together to share, protect, and nurture the rich nature and everyday life of Yamakoshi.
